Help! Duckling was picked upon during the day!!

hello, I rescued this duckling from work(I work at a zoo), someone dropped him off and left. I took him home because I have two other ducks that I’ve raised and last week i did daily introductions, never leaving alone. Over the weekend I left him with the other two all day and they did great, as they did Sunday during the day, so I let him stay overnight with them. This morning he looked normal, when I got home from work, it seems that the other ducks were picking at the feathers that were growing in on his wing, now all I see are the shafts, hardly any membrane. What do I do?? I’ve moved him back inside permanently, but is there anything I can do for him? Will he grow in his primaries??

Are there any cuts or bites on their skin? The feathers will grow back eventually.
Maybe keep that duck in a separate run for a few weeks so the other ducks will get used to them...

No cuts, just bareness. Definitely keeping him separated. Thank you!!

That looks painful if you have some Vetericyn spray that may help soothe it while the duck recovers. It takes time for a new one to be accepted so keeping them where they can all see each other is a good idea, then when your there toss out snacks on the ground and let them all be together under supervision It will work out eventually.
