HELP! Duckling with white fuzz

Mallards! They should have hatched on day 28! They are way way way late!

We had got evacuated due to fires and I had to take the mom off the nest and sadly leave behind the eggs. A day later I decided to throw them in the incubator and we had movement the next day. Im not sure if it may be due to that since the mom was off the eggs for a while day. Im still shocked that they are even hatching.

How's it going? Did the mother die? The white stuff looks like bacteria or something. I think you assisted too early. He shouldn't need any help unless your humidity was too low. Is he the only live one? What is the humidity currently at? I would keep it around 70%. And is your thermometer calibrated and your hydrometer salt tested for accuracy? Good luck with him. Hopefully he makes it!
Don't assist any more for now. Is he making yawning/chewing motions?
