help!!!!! Duckling

One of my ducklings is foaming from the mouth, standing up straight and leaning back kinda like its choking, what do i do

Rub its throat..Give it a deep bowl of water to drink from.
Might have a stone in its throat? or some other object?

Also stretch out the neck and give it some light shakes to dislodge whats stuck.
