I don’t believe you have a Pekin. Not a Buff not sure what breed although Silver Runners can have dark Bills like that but she doesn’t have the stance of a Runner

My duck sure looks a lot like yours. I got them from a feed store. I taught vpk and we hatched chickens and ducks. So, we got all types of breeds apparently.
