Help! Egg-bound chicken!!

Hi, my two year old hen Luna is egg-bound. I think it started yesterday, she is not eating, sitting in the coop by herself, and her comb is dropping. Her abdomen is very hard and swollen. I have her an Epsom salt bath for more than 20 minutes and now let her out to dry. What is the next step? Should I wait for her to possibly pass an egg or should I give her another bath? I feel really bad please help!
Ps. She has bumblefoot, therefore the bandages on her feet.

I can check but if I just feel her abdomen it’s too swollen to feel anything

Is her lower belly under her vent swollen like it may contain fluid, or solid, like she could have lash egg material or a mass inside her belly? Has she had any trouble laying lately?

If you cannot feel an egg then she is almost certainly not egg bound.

She sits in the nesting box but doesn’t lay an egg, she did lay a very wierd looking egg a couple of days ago though
