HELP! egg bound hen?

Her abdomen is very extended and firm and looks very bruised. Soaked her in a warm Epsom salt bath. She is very uncomfortable and won't eat or drink.

we are at a lost and don't know what to do
 
We have never had any problems with our chickens before and it seems like everything is going wrong all at once
