Help! Egg Bound Hen?

I think my hen is egg bound, and I don't know what to do. Typically when I have an egg bound hen, I place them in the sun and that cures them. There's no sun today! It's falling ice this morning! Please help!

If you want to know her symptoms, I can say down below, I'm trying to keep things short for responses.

So she's acting a little better. She started walking around and acting herself a little. I got her to drink some water with some maple syrup and apple cider vinegar in it. I had her in the house for awhile, and I just brought her back out. She went and stood in a corner of her run, obviously, she's not all better yet. I'm hoping that everything I did is helping her.

Ok, I just went outside and checked on her. She seems to be doing good and appears to be back to her usual self again. She was hanging out by the nesting box, so I think she's going to be laying an egg later.
