HELP! Egg bound?

One of our girls was laying down I'm not looking right. We found this underneath her tail feathers. It doesn't look like a prolapse, what do you think it is and what can we do for her?

Updates:

gave her 2 Tums pills and an epsom soak for an hour. She's having contractions.. so far egg hasn't moved up so we can at least see it.



I thought it was egg bound... but that swelling isn't where the oviduct is. Wifey said she saw her crapping up a storm. Should I give her some milk of magnesia?
