HELP!!!! Egg Has Blood on it!!!!

My nicest girl is clucking like crazy and another chicken will not go away.After she layed the egg it still stayed there.She might be in the same nest as the other chicken.Please help!!! Here is a picture of the chicken that layed the egg:

Not sure which problem you want help with.

Blood on the outside of an egg is usually not a problem, just means a capillary/vessel ruptured along the tract and smeared the shell with blood.

Clucking like crazy may mean the hen is going broody and wanting to hatch her eggs. The other hen probably just wants in that nest.

Agreed. I won't even worry about the blood on the egg. It happens sometimes.
