HELP Eggs not hatching!

I had a hen start sitting on about 15 eggs around 25 days ago. She has been very diligent and will only leave the nest for 10 minutes or so everyday. I have not messed with the eggs at all and was letting her do it all! 1 egg hatched on day 22, but i died very quickly i'm assuming. I never saw it alive, just noticed it the next morning in the box. Not sure what to do next. Should I give her a couple more days? This is my first time "hatching" chicks and her's as well. Not sure what went wrong!! HELP....

Hard to say without being able to watch her constantly. At this point it's best to just let nature take it's course, she will know when to give up. As a sidenote I personally have seen my hens be less successful with that many eggs, and if they become broody I won't allow her to sit on more than 6 to 8, max up to 12. That many may be too many for her to cover comfortably or keep appropriate temp, depending on hen/egg size, which may lengthen hatch time, or cause none to hatch. The last time my hen sat on 10 only one hatched, around day 25. Long story short, there isn't much u can do at this point but wait.
