Breed is muscovy. Ok so this is a very unusual case. These eggs were laid over 2 months ago now they are having issues hatching. One of them seems to have also been crushed overnight. Its barely moving and was cool. Brought them inside and broke some shell away. They appear to be stuck. But the membrane still has lots of tiny vessels. I feel like if I hatch it it might die and if I don't it will die. Please any advice??
Pic 1 is the one that I found the shell crushed.

Going off from the picture it doesn't look too good, Do you have an incubator you can use? I would moisten the membrane with some coconut oil, and set the ducking in a small cup, with dry paper towels on the bottom for cushion, and support. Set the duckling in the incubator, keep the temp around 99F, and the humidity at 60-70%.
