I woke up this morning to one of my four day old Plymouth Barred Rock chirping really load i went to check on them and she had her eyes closed and was stagering around. I took her out and diped her beak in water and she drank some, its been a hour with no improvement. What could be wrong with her??

Oh and when i was holding her to give her water she felt like she was shivering and she cant stand without falling over and flopping around.

Her vent area was wet - was it wet like she'd stumbled into water or like she's passing very wet waste?
They are four days old - how long have you had them? Are they hatchery stock, came from a private seller or home hatch? Has this chick been eating, drinking and passing waste normally up until this point? What temperature have you had them at?
You can check the crop with gentle palpation to see what her crop feels like - for example, if it is hard/full, soft/full, empty, etc.

To check for crop issues check in the evening(crop should be full after eating all day)check in the morning(before eating)crop should be almost empty. No pasty butt issues?

It looks like she is passing wet waste, I just recieved them yesterday, they are from Murray Mcmurrays so hatchery stock, all the chicks were eating and drinking i made sure of that, passing waste normally im unsure of i didnt stand there and watch them poop, temp is around 90-95 F. The crop feels soft it may have a little food in it cant really tell, I mixed up some Grogel Plus and put it ontop of her food but cant tell if she ate any yet, i also put a little gatoraide in her water to give her added electrolytes and put her beak in it and she drank, just did the same again and she drank she seems to be getting stronger though she isnt shaking anymore and she keeps her eyes open more. Still cant tell if she is eating though.
