HELP! External pip, but mom left nest with others

WE GOT TEN!!!!!

Number 10 being two days younger than his siblings, sometimes has trouble keeping up with the others.
But mom is real good about waiting for him to catch up.
Even coming back for him at one point when he stumbled and fell over.
She's got them all down the water right now.

Ten successfully hatched out of 12 eggs!
I'd consider that a WIN!

That's awesome. Congrats!! And how sweet that she is being so attentive to #10 I know you'll be watching close to make sure. Pics when you can

UPDATE:

It will be 6 weeks this coming Sunday and my babies are about to be full grown ducks!
All their big duck feathers are really coming in now!

They still stay with mom, but are starting to join up with the rest of the flock some now.
Of the 10 that hatched, 7 have made it to adulthood.

And we are now starting to get the first quacks!
It's so hard to tell because they attack in a duck swarm (sci-fi should totally make THAT movie! DUCK-NADO!!!!), but I think we have 3 hens.
The remaining 4 are still peeping.

My gut is that in the next week it will turn out we have 4 hens and 3 drakes. At least I'm hoping for 4 or more hens!

So if you're in the Atlanta area, in the next couple of weeks, I'm going to be looking to rehome 3 maybe 4 drakes depending on how the quacks continue to shake out.

Update pics:

And my little Peanut, who we believe was the last to hatch, THREE DAYS behind the others.
Peanut is still smaller than the others but catching up quick!
I'm so hoping Peanut is a girl!
