Help! Eye Pecking

One night I found that one of my chick was bleeding under the eye, then i saw the smaller one peck its eye. He seemed really frantic to get out of the brooder. Later the smaller one attacked him again. Is this normal behavior? If not how do i stop it? I only have 2 chicks and they're only a week old. And is there a way to heal my chick? Please help

Eye pecking is pretty normal in the first week...they are exploring/learning their world and eyes are shiny!
If there is blood they will keep going after it.

I'd separate them physically but in view of each other......maybe a couple more chicks of the same age as just 2 can be hard.
