Help!!!! Eye Trouble

I went down to feed my lil ones and my 8 week old silkie has a runny eye it's not closed up but one eye had "goop" in it. I soaked it in warm water looked alright after but should I seperate her from the other four?

I am new to chickens myself so dont take my info to heart but I have been learning from my mistakes. I bought a pullet with a foamy eye.... Thats trouble. You can search for foamy eye and read about that. Your chicken could have just gotten dust in its eye and nothing more. Its always a good idea to separate if you think one is sick. If its just dust it should be fine after you have cleaned it and should stop running quickly.

This was just goopy clear only in one eye, I wiped it out this morning and have not noticed anything since.
