HELP*** feather loss and eating a ton!

I need some help, we have a flock of about 24 birds in a variety of breeds. For the past couple of months we have noticed more and more feather loss. At first I thought it was just a few of the roosters favorite girls but as time has passed they have all started loosing feathers, first on their back, then neck and legs ect. I have check for mites and or lice. I have sense dusted them with 7 and given them wood ash neither have seemed to clear any of it up. They eat a ton but still seem very thin to me. Also egg production had been really good 20-21 eggs a day and now we are gettin a little over a doZen. Even the rooster looks terrible. Skin is ver red and irritated. And feathers look thin in spots. Thanks in advance for any recommendations. They went from full feathered pretty birds to very pitiful looking.

When was the last time they molted? Or had a serious change in their habitat?
