HELP feather picking !

my feather picking problem keeps getting worse . i sprayed them with blu-kote but that didnt stop it . someone told me put grease on them . i thought it was just 2 barred rocks doing picking ,because they look fine but . the more i watch they all seem to be doing it . egg production way down to under 10 a day with 18 girls ... any good ideas welcome ,,, thanks

Sounds like lice or mites. Try dusting them with sevin dust. This year was a bad year for lice with all the cold weather. Dust tem when they go in for the night and then again in a week. You should see signs of improvement after two weeks. You should also go ahead a worm if you try the Sevin dust and discard all the eggs for at least 10 days.
