HELP! Fight advice needed!

This is my first group of chicks. I have 3 3-week old guineas, 6 3-week old chicks, 1 2-week old chick, 1 1-week old chick and 2 1-week old silkies. The older gals started flapping around this morning when I turned on the light for the day. I watched them for about 5 - 10 minutes and it seems like they're fighting for 'top chicken'. Heck, my pearl guinea is trying for top chicken, too!

Any advice or things to watch out for???

natural behavior....just keep an eye out for any injuries (bleeding). If one starts to bleed, the others will go cannibal on it.
