Help figuring out a barnvelder chick

She’s supposed to be a plain (black-laced) barnvelder, but has pure white/cream primaries. Is this a sign she is a he? Or is she not a plain barnvelder? Or is she not a barnvelder at all? The hatchery says they only breed plain and blue laced barnies. This pic is at 4 weeks and 2 days old. She’s had these distinct white primaries since at least 2 weeks old.

Thanks! I appreciate the feedback. I was hoping it was a situation of “she’ll grow out of it” but I couldn’t find any pictures online to help me figure this out.
