Help! Finch legs badly injured!

I woke up to find one of my finches bleeding on the bottom of the aviary and still alive, checked the security cameras and it's looks like a cat got him. His whole leg is just being held on by a piece of skin. The bleeding has stopped, but I don't know what I am going to do about his leg.

Sorry if this isn't the correct place to post about finches, but it was the first thing that came to mind to look for help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If the whole leg is hanging by skin it may be best to snip it off with a sharp scissors and let it heal. It could end up fine, though a bit handicapped.
