Help! Fine tuning of Temps please

Thank you guys with all your patience- I have another ? I have finally got my incubator cycling pretty well and I am not panicking any more. Now I have had the water wiggler for 12 hrs and right now I have an accurite probe in it and it is cycling between 99.6* and 100.9*( that is with a -.4* adjustment I make on readings after doing the ice water test) Are these temps going to be ok or do I need to adjust some more? It is soo close I hate to over compensate the other way, but.............well I just dont know. I am new to this. That temp sounds perfect. I say go for it and depending on how they come out at the end, early, late, on time, adjust accordingly. Each bator and home is different so it will take a few runs to get down what works best for you.
