Hello, has anyone else had this issue?
I am having to frequently refill the water on my nurture right 360. I can't seem to be able to get it to hold humidity. I am concerned because at night time, while I'm asleep, the humidity will drop all the way down to 24%. The eggs still developed and are hatching now, but I'm just not able to get it up the 60-70% that's needed. It will not stay stable at all. I've not had the eggs show any more progress for the last few hours, and I'm getting worried. I have even been having to cover the incubator with a towel to try to lock heat and humidity in. Fortunately the temp stays stable as long as the towel is over it. I plug the places where you pour water, and the humidity slider window thing (pardon me not knowing what to call it) is no more than a 1/3rd of the way open. I don't remember having this issue last year. Should I be plugging the hole at the top of the incubator too? I'm worried about lack of oxygen. I usually use broody hens so this is a bit of a learning curve for me.
Thank you.
