Ok. I've been stalking this site forever now hoping for advice. My eggs are at 20 days now. We had an early pip yesterday. He started zipping around 8 last night. He's around 3/4 of the way. Cheeping and moving but not getting out. Just sit tight? I'll include a picture. Thank you all so much.

Look very closely. If the membrane has dried the chick is stuck-Intervene. Be fast. Any change in temperature and humidity during the hatch could cause problems. Check your humidity levels before you open the incubator. If the chick is stuck, humidity is the most likely reason.

Zipping should only take less than an hour. Is the top cracked all the way around and is the chick still struggling?
xs 2 I don't think I've ever had a chick not be out within 20 minutes of starting a zip, usually within 10-15. My personal philosophy is no more than 30 minutes or I would intervene.

He's out. Definitely not well. His bottom is gross and he can't seem to move neck to the right.

The chick is ok. Better. Not perfect. Only time will tell. He is the sweetest of the bunch though.
