Help. First time hatching

One of the hatchlings while still in the egg has clear liquid coming out of it's mouth every once in awhile. Is that normal?

No, that's not normal. Could the humidity in your incubator be too high and you're seeing excess fluid escaping the egg from the pip hole? Do you have a picture you could share?

Not normal at all. Most likely the humidity was too high during incubation. To much fluid built up in the egg, basically it's drowning.
