Help first time hatching

Its my first time hatching from an incubator. Day 21. 2 have hatched (day 19 and day 20) I have a blue egg that has pipped, cracked yesterday around 1:30 and since then created a hole but has done nothing else. Its beak has been out the hole the entire time and chirps but doesn't seem to be doing anything else. Going on 27 hrs since I noticed the first crack. Do I do anything or let it be?
