HELP first time incubating may be in trouble

My electric went out I had one chick that had just hatched. I had others in the incubator that I could hear peeping inside their egg. I had no choice but to put them under the broody Mom I already had her set up in my house with brewer so that when the babies were born, I could put them right underneath her . It’s been two days and there are no more chicks born today is day 21. I am freaking out and wondering what to do. Electric was out for 12 hours.I moved the eggs immediately.

She’s sitting on the eggs and taking care of the one chick.

My egg hatched on day 23 and heard chirping on day 22, if that helps.
