What wrong with the black and bigger yellow one?!? Only 6 hours old

You should never handle recently hatched chicks, they simply do not have the energy for this kind of interaction. I'm sorry they passed away. The best thing you can do in future hatches is to surenge a couple drops of sugar water into their beaks and hope for the best (also put in their main water and dip each chicks beak ever so slightly in it). You should also note that something could have been easily wrong with the chicks internally. They may have had twisted guts or heart problems.

Hi :welcome

With chicks that wet they should still be in the incubator or under a hen. Being in a plastic tub with no bedding is not good for them. They easily chill and need time to dry and fluff up before being exposed to a cooler environment. Were they incubator or hen hatched chicks? Mine stay in the incubator for 24 hours after they hatch. This gives them time to dry, fluff and rest before being moved to a pre warmed brooder.
