Help! Foot problem

Our little chicken's foot has scabbing like growths and her leg has gone white??
We are not sure of our course of action. We have 13 other chickens and all are well, no signs of infections?
Any ideas..

Can you post some pictures? Are the scabs on the bottom of the foot pads as bumblefoot is usually? Have you had any frostbite problems lately.
