The dog found some baby rabbits and tore up their nest. The kids are trying to take care of them. What is the best way to raise a wild baby rabbit. They have fur already but I am not sure how old they are.

put them back where you found them the mother will find them and take care of them.

if they are fully furred eyes open and hopping around they can pretty well take care of themselves, unlike domestic rabbits.

Ok thanks. The deal is they are in the fenced in area and the dog will just get to them again.

Lock or block the dog off until momma comes for them. Chances are now that they have been disturbed she will move them.

Or, hand them off to a wildlife rehabber. Rabbits are very difficult to bottle feed, so it would be best to let a pro do it.

Yes, keep the dog away from the area and put the babies back. She will come for them, Momma rabbits only nurse their kits once or twice a day so don't panic if you don't see her right away or if they still there in several hours.
I would try and put them back right where the nest was, it was probably lined in some nice warm fur from Momma rabbit.
IF Momma doesn't come back for them then you need to give them to a wildlife rehabber. Rabbit kits are notoriously hard to feed and keep alive. They just don't take to the process as well as some other species.
Good Luck!
