Help for duckling

Hi,
I found & rescued 4 baby ducklings. Today is day 3 with me.

I was holding 1 duck in my hand. The next mintue, my little Maltese n8pped the baby duck and nipped ducky on its beck, drew a little blood.
baby is okay, running about in the nursery i created but i'm worried. Will baby be okay.
what syptoms should i be looking for on baby.

If these are wild duckling, you need to contact your local wild life rehab center.
They are likely illegal for you to possess.
You likely didn't rescue them, as much as kidnapped them.

In the case these are domestic ducklings. You are watching that they eat, drink and poop appropriately. What are you feeding them?
