I eat meat and whatever i can get mt hands on I eat venison, beef, chicken, Turkey and a bunch of other things...I also just started a protein shake that has creatin and other stuff in it... Anybody have suggestions

Time.
Eat healthy foods.
Stay away from junk food and sodas.
Sorry, It's just nature and genetics. Nothing you can buy no matter what lies people post in reviews, can hurry that up.
Some kids sprout up fast and look solid the whole time, some look like a bean pole.
Others take time to grow, in height and filling out too.

Like everyone else has suggested, just eat healthy whole foods. You're young and growing. Don't worry about or try to gain weight.

A long time ago, my little brother tried to gain weight as a teenager, he ate a lot of food and worked out. He did gain quite a bit of weight and carried it into his 20s but a little later in life his metabolism changed and he became kind of fat and paunchy. I don't believe that would have happened had he not gone out of his way to artificially change the way his body naturally burned calories.

Thanks guys...will do...the real reason i need to gain weight is mainly cause im the tyoe of kid thay doesnt back down from anything and i back up my friends and family so if there is a guy that weighs 20 lbs more thats a pretty big difference in a fight I do take juijitsu and self train boxing....just an extra 10 15 lbs would be nice for grappling or wrestling...I'm not scared of losing a fight but its not the best outcome
