Hi um i recently puchased chickens around the age they start laying for the first time.Im not allowed to buy a rooster as the neighbors will complain so in the future i might puchase eggs of the internet.

But i need help how do i get my hens to incubate the eggs?!?!?! i need help please come to my rescue!!!!

You cannot force a chicken to go broody but in time they may become broody (have the desire to hatch chicks) in time. You can look into purchasing an incubator and hatching a few eggs yourself or maybe you can buy a broody breed of chicken such as a "Silkie Bantam" or "Cochin Bantam". They are good moms and don't take up a lot of space.''

This is a Cochin Bantam:

After they've been laying for a while you might notice one going broody, wanting to sit on the nest, hissing at you when you go collect eggs etc. If you order eggs then, you can place them next to her once they arrive and have rested (small end down overnight).
