Help!!! Foreclosure

Shelby we REALLY do not want to leave the Phelan/Pinon Hills area. Mariannas are a second choice. For now we are sitting tight. Rent is going into a savings until we know who really owns the place. I find rocks here ALL the time too!!! I just found a nice red jasper!!!!

You can neat pieces of Pelona Schist out there too!! You're pretty much smack-dab on the center of a large alluvial fan out of Sheep Creek full of it!!

House is PERFECT, lots of land, a nice stand of trees. Only part of it is fenced in though, so we are debating taking it and working with it or keep looking. Problem is there is not much out there to choose from right now. The area we would temporarily put the horses is too small for permanent. There is an outbuilding that is perfect for a coop. New paint, new appliances, new wood floors, wood stove, large kitchen, sliding glass doors that go to the back yard, mini blinds, new light fixtures.

Wow sorry to hear.Hope you can stay in your house. We got in a big fix last year with our house but We were buying. We got behind a few payment's and bank said can't fix so well We sold all of our bird's and eqpt. Then hubby sold tool's just about everything he had for a down pmt on another smaller place. We moved out of our house just a mile down road.3 month's later our bank kept calling AFTER We told them We had moved out of house.Well the idiot's then decided can get pmt. down to affordable level.Yep We moved back baaaaaaa. The rent and rent to own thing can be a trap My sister in law lost over $15,000 years ago on a mobile home because the lady wasn't paying payment's and she didn't have a Notarized copy of contract.I guess law's vary from state to state on lease and etc.

Chain link is very quick to put in and the coyotes, etc can't get through it. We'd be more than happy to help ya put a fence up. If everything else is perfect, then a fence is just a temporary issue. Since you aren't paying rent at your current place, you can overlap the leases, put in the fence (at least enough to move the animals) and then be good to go.

Also, David said being unemployed, if you and/or Ken planned to take a day off to get more done, let him know and he'll be over there.
