Help! Found my hen limping this morning and one of her toes is cut and I'm unsure if I need to amputate or splint!

It is definitely cut and the toe itself now bends down to wear it touches itself again, if that makes sense? Like when I bend it, it flexes all the way down. There was very minimal bleeding.

I washed thoroughly, treated with a saline spray, a Lidocaine spray, ointment, and sterile gauze wrapped in vet wrap. She is isolated inside on shavings with food & water.

I'm unsure if I should splint the toe or if it's too far gone, given how it completely bends down.

I want to add I am also comfortable keeping her isolated & trying to splint it first to see how she responds. She's a very sweet hen & is fine being handled.
