Help! Freshly hatched chick!

How is it doing? Did you end up putting the hemorrhoid cream on it?

So we're up to 9 chicks!
The chicks that have hatched are in with our broody chicken Onyx, and boy am i thankful for her! Shes such a good momma! We decided to let her sit on eggs when we got the incubator, so once the chicks started hatching we put them in with her. Shes so happy but she looked like she was stressing trying to keep all the babies and the eggs under her so i took the eggs and put them in the bator. Now shes happy as a clam again and is teaching them to eat!
Another one though has part of the sac attached or maybe just an umbillical cord? Im not sure what to do. Hes currently in the incubator alone with all the eggs remaining to hatch.
