She says she us eating drinking walking but doesn't want her in her breeding stalk but I don't want her to spread something or die on me help!!

Looks like she did not do well absorbing yolk sac, or perhaps she had an umbilical hernia. It depends entirely in how much energy you want to invest in her. It also depends on what your flock stewardship mentality is. Will you cull the non-performers? Will you take care of an invalid chicken until it dies? Will you cull it when it becomes clear that it's quality of life is compromised? I doubt that she would pass any illness on to your flock, unless by the fact that she is not in robust health, she will be more prone to pick up illness in the future. There is no right decision here.

I have one chick that is handicapped she was in the egg to long and her feet are completely curled.
But I love her!
My chickens are pets so I don't mind if she isn't perfect I just don't want her to suffer does that make since?
If she can live a happy life I'll keep her and do what I can for her.
I just don't wanna be heartbroken or pass on something to my other chicks :/
