Help! Girls started laying... from the roost bar!!

Well, it looks like it might be the barred rock laying eggs on the pillow... caught her up there this afternoon, but she was startled and went back into the run. If I try to put her into the nest box, won't that disrupt her laying? She didn't lay an egg today.
