Without testing it’s impossible to say, doxy is a potent antibiotic so it’s worth a try.

Electrolytes with sugar = oral rehydration solution. Buy pedialyte or Liquid IV sachets from a pharmacy.

Baytril 10% dose 1mg per kg per day that is 0.1ml per kg per day orally. Dose with a plastic ayringe, no needle, down the side of the tongue so that it doesn't get on the trachea (windpipe)
