I got 3 a year ago -- 3 were pullets and the other 3 straight runs --- all ended up being roosters!!! I have no clue as to how to sex a chicken. I gave away 2 of my roosters and got a Rhode Island Red & a Branty to replace them -- other 3 were all Black Stars, which are awesome layers. Good luck!
Well I bought 14 chicks for sure that was hens this year, silver lace wyandottes, Rhode Island reds, & Easter eggers. Than I wanted to have some kind of fun since these are bantams
I love my 'babies' from TSC -- good luck with the rest knowing what sex they are!!!! I had to wait several weeks before I knew for sure. Sounds like you have a big chicken flock -- I'm down to 4 hens now -- had to get rid of 1 hen and 1 rooster tonight.
