Help hatching chicks

One if the chicks just sits under the heat plate not really moving and was closing its eyes the vet gave us medicine for it and it stopped closing its eyes when we gave it to it, what should I do?

Also the chick holds its wings low

Include the information you gave here, along with a photo of the chick and a photo of the brooder setup. It will help if you also add the age of the chick, and what medicine the vet prescribed.

(I am not personally good with that kind of questions, but I have noticed what information is usually needed by the people who do know about those things.)
