Help hatching eggs

I am on my 3rd hatch.. this batch is my first doing shipped eggs.. so that is a little diferent. .

This is my fourth but my first with my own bator I've only hatched one chick before a bamtam no other's made it I am hoping for a successful hatch of at least 20 but the rule of thumb is don't count your chickens before they hatch....What breed are u hatching

I have 15 eggs of deleware shipped from a breeder.. and 12 barred rocks from a guy off Craigslist

I'm sure the barred rocks ate just hatchery stock.. but they were only 4.00 so I got them too

I also have one of my Americaunass eggs in there she is paired with a big white rooster idk breed but he's white and his saddle feathers are like a yellow white... mine are doo on the 21

Idk I'm only on my 3rd hatch ..you should ask that in the incubate posts.. alot those hatch and candle all the time.
At this point I wouldn't think that a problem you should be more concerned with the size of air cells
