ok just put them in, humidity is 48 and temp 100.4 still air. what does it need to be? is it were it needs to be?
 
You're going to need to give us more info. What kind of incubator are you using? Does it have a fan to circulate the air? Did you just set them..day 1?

Turkey poults take 28 days for full incubation to hatch. Temps and humidity should be the same as for chicken eggs. Temp depends on type of bator being used.
 
its a still air LG i hatch chics at 101.-102 in it. just wanting to know is it the same as chics. humidity is 45
 
Yup, that sounds good. I'm sorry I missed that you said it was a still air in your original post. Yes, it is the same as chickens, although I would try to get the humidity closer to 50 for the turkey eggs. The shells can be pretty tough.
