Help help help--cream legbars lockdown, pip question

I have 4 cream legbars due to hatch today, was so sad saw no pips. Opened up bator to add water, heard cheeping, 2 had pipped on the bottom, facing down on the floor of bator--I moved them to a side angle--did I just screw them up? tell me it ain't so!
