I believe the rule of thumb on those still air incubators is. If you can see the humidity collecting on the windows you see through it is too high and you should remove one of the red plugs.

TNBARNQUEEN-Who could decide on what breed? There's so many to choose from! I would recommend doing some research in your area and seeing what sells well there for starters.I would think OE's would sell well anywhere just because of the eggs....I know I want some
