My little one is stuck! What do I do next?! The last person told me to peel back the shell and wait until the membrane was good and dry. Is that right?

Is this egg in an incubator? If so, is there any way you can add water through a vent or a fan opening without opening the lid? Adding some serious humidity might help the chick get out on it's own.

The problem with peeling off the shell is that if the chick has not yet absorbed fully the yolk sac, it could have a hernia that it won't survive from, or if the blood vessels haven't yet fully contracted, the chick could bleed to death. As most of the time, the airsac does NOT have blood vessels associated with it, you can try to peel back the membrane from the airsac area only. This might open enough of a window to allow the chick to wiggle out. However, do NOT open the lid if you've got more eggs in there! You'll compromise the hatch of all.

Remember, some chicks take more than a day to come out. It's really hard to wait and watch, but generally, nature takes care of it's own.

No it was under mama and she stopped setting on it after the first two were hatched. Right now it's on my kitchen table under a light at around 100 degrees. Would it help if I added a wet cloth?

Yes, add some humidity around that little peep! Some folks advised me to wet my hands, gentle hold the egg, then put it back down on the toweling. The eggshell will absorb the moisture and keep the membranes hydrated.
If it's simply in a paper towel, try setting it inside a little bowl with high sides to help keep humidity near the egg.
