Help help...Momma hen sick and still hatching chicks.

Ok...so she's not doing it now but shakes her head an awful lot and closes her eyes. I mean, I know she's got around 5 chicks in there right not but chickens don't get sleep deprived with babies like we do...do they? I went ahead and too a picture of her face. I know they say you can tell the health of a chicken by their eyes. Unfortunately I have not mastered that yet.

She may be too hot under that lamp, angle it away from her. She look like a focused broody.

She's already generating heat to incubate, plus wearing a feather parka.
