help help my rooster

I have 6 laying hens isas and Wyandottes. And one annoying crowing rooster. I need him to shut up especially at nights he won't shut up at all.

So our plan is to give him away.
But my hens are laying nearly everyday. Will they stop laying daily because the roosters gone.
What can i do??????

Hen's don't need a rooster to lay eggs; however, chickens do hate change. Removing the rooster may result in a restructuring of the pecking order and a temporary drop in production.

How long will it take for them to go back to routine?

There may be no change or it may be a matter of days unless there is significant squabbling among the hens.
