We'll gladly help you sort through this - but a little more information will be needed to even begin to answer your question.
How old are the birds and what breeds are they?
Are any of the birds currently broody, molting or ill?
What are you feeding and has that changed at all in the past month?
Have you recently added or removed birds from the group?
Have you recently moved the birds or made any significant changes to their surroundings?
Was there anything significant that happened about 2-3 weeks ago - a change in weather, a predator attack, etc?
