Help..help!! Something wrong with week old chick

I have a little 7 day old Polish chick that is acting funny this morning. It mainly wants to lay around..not eat..etc. I gave it water and some mush with a dropper. When it swallows it does that thing where it opens its beak several times...almost like it is choking. I only gave it a drop at a time and waited a minute or so in between. It have been perfectly fine before this morning. I feed medicated chick starter and give water with electrolytes to my chicks the first 6 weeks. So..anyone have any idea?? The temp did drop to around 80 last night due to the 6 storms that came through last night...alot of hail.
Anyone have ideas? I think it is a "hurry" situation.

Could be it got chilled last night,other then that im not much help.
Try keeping it warm and see if it perks back up...

I don't have a clue because I'm so new to this, but could it be impacted crop? Or maybe something developmental that you can't see? We had a chick that died at about a week and I remembered noticing the night before that her crop looked way off to the side - like it had an internal deformity.
