I have these two pekin duck eggs and i candled them today and found that although there are still veins in the egg, there seems to be like a bubble around the embreo and the bubble is growing and the veins are still there, and this is happening in both of my duck eggs! HELP!

Does this bubble mean that they are dead????

my eggs are on day 14 and i'm freaking out because i don't know if this is normal or not. Please somebody help!

I have a few eggs on day 14 and here is what I see: Many veins, a tiny embryo, eyes, and I do see some kind of clear circle/bubble forming around the embryo. I would say that what you are seeing is perfectly normal and is just part of development. Look really closely when you candle your eggs and most of the time you can see a pulse meaning your baby is still for sure alive.

I would give the eggs a few more days and candle again. If the egg keeps getting darker then your babies are still growing!

Good luck!

No, i know what the air cell looks like and this isn't it, i'm worried it could be a blood ring. but the baby looks to be moving.

well it's like, inside the bubble there are no or very few veins, all the veins seem to be attached to the outside of the bubble and the only thing one the inside seems to be the embreo.
